Her work is rooted in nearly two decades of studying the habits, strengths, and resilience patterns that fuel high performance. Since 2005, Sophie has examined the replicable ingredients top performers rely on, insights she translates into practical, actionable guidance for leaders and teams.
Over the years, she has trained and coached business leaders, their teams, and individuals, helping them strengthen execution, elevate productivity, and drive revenue growth. Her approach is grounded, strategic, and designed to enhance performance across every stage of your client's journey. As an extension of her work, Sophie also developed and published resilience tools for women to ease stress and anxiety in the body and support grounded emotional regulation.
